Bobby Bland Mr Blue Vinyl LP Record - Disques Vogue LD 604.30 VG RARE FIND.
The vinyl has a few superficial marks, which is why I have put this as VG and not VG+, they do not look deep enough to cause any jumping/skipping etc.
The sleeve has been tapes together at some point.
These records are sold un-played for many years; I do not have arecord player, so all grading is visual.
PLEASE read the record grading section below.
I have inherited these records in a spacesaving exercise, so I will be as honest as I can, but essentially, there aresold as seen.
Please do look at my other items, as somewill be by the same artist or in the same collection/genre.
I am happy to combine postage, but there maybe an extra charge for multiple items.
Record gradings – please usethese as a guide:
Very Good Plus (VG+) A Very Good Plusrecord will show some signs that it was played and otherwise handled by aprevious owner who took good care of it. Defects should be more of a cosmeticnature, not affecting the actual playback as a whole. Record surfaces may showsome signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches thatdon't affect one's listening experiences. Slight warps that do not affect thesound are "OK". The label may have some ring wear or discoloration,but it should be barely noticeable. Spindle marks may be present. Picturesleeves and inner sleeves will have some slight wear, slightly turned-upcorners, or a slight seam split. An LP cover may have slight signs of wear, andmay be marred by a cut-out hole, indentation, or cut corner. In general, if notfor a couple of minor things wrong with it, this would be NearMint.
Very Good (VG) Many of the defectsfound in a VG+ record will be more pronounced in a VG disc. Surface noise willbe evident upon playing, especially in soft passages and during a song's introand fade, but will not overpower the music otherwise. Groove wear will start tobe noticeable, as with light scratches (deep enough to feel with a fingernail)that will affect the sound. Labels may be marred by writing, or have tape orstickers (or their residue) attached. The same will be true of picture sleevesor LP covers. However, it will not have all of these problems at the same time.
Good (G), Good Plus (G+) A record in Good orGood Plus condition can be played through without skipping. But it will havesignificant surface noise, scratches, and visible groove wear. A cover orsleeve will have seam splits, especially at the bottom or on the spine. Tape,writing, ring wear, or other defects will be present. While the record will beplayable without skipping, noticeable surface noise and "ticks" willalmost certainly accompany the playback.
Poor (P), Fair (F) The record iscracked, badly warped, and won't play through without skipping or repeating.The picture sleeve is water damaged, split on all three seams and heavilymarred by wear and writing. The LP cover barely keeps the LP inside it. Innersleeves are fully split, crinkled, and written upon.
