Original mono issue, yellow label, deep groove, heavy vinyl, flat edge, not issued with an inner sleeve.

Record is VG to EX: VERY SHINY & CLEAN with just one faintly audible shallow scratch + a few superficial inaudible visual only scuff marks which don't affect play. No skips. No spindle wear. Plays great!!!
Cover is VG+ to EX: minor shelf wear; otherwise clean & sturdy. No splits.
