Description
This is Rock and Roll Hall of Fame member Bobby Darin singing "For Teenagers Only" on Atco SP-1001 from 1960. This mono record looks to be a strong VG++ with very minor surface markings but plays in MINT condition with no audio defects. This is the original yellow Atco label with the harp. The gatefold jacket is in NM condition. Inside the gatefold are the photo insert as well as the fold out photo. This album comes in a clear, resealable, poly-vinyl protective sleeve. Also included is a 5-page magazine article on Bobby including a listing of all the songs he has written according to the Library of Congress. Price guides suggest a valuation of $150 to $200 for a NM copy with all the inserts. You can have this nearly NM copy for the low end of that price range.
U.S. postage and handling is free on this item. International customers should email me first for a shipping quote. All LP's are shipped with the record outside the jacket to protect the jacket during shipment.
I tend to grade conservatively. Several customers have left feedback that the records were actually better than stated. However, you have my unconditional guarantee that I will take the records back if you think that the records are not as stated. My reputation is what has kept me in business for 44 years.
If you win multiple auctions, I will combine packaging to save you as much postage as possible. I ship with sturdy cardboard packaging to protect your records. Please review my feedback from previously satisfied customers. I have been buying and selling records for 44 years now and as of February 2023 I am celebrating 24 years on eBay.
