Bobby Lile One sided 12" metal acetate 45  Book Worm
Recorded at 4 Star in 1958.
In matrix of acetate and on the old sleeve is 45-6706-C-B
The playing grooves which start 3/4 into the record are in Mint- condition. 

It must have stood in 4 Star studio warehouse unplayed for over 65 years.
