Description

Bobby Vee Dusty Springfield The Searchers 1964 UK ticket and programme includes an advertisement for Roy Orbison UK

Here we have a souvenir concert programme AND ticket stub for one of the many showcase concerts which were commonplace in the early 1960`s, where a compere introduced a number of acts, who then performed usually no more than 4 numbers each before `curtain-time`. This performance was Odeon Southend on Sea, Friday Mar 13 1964, featuring The Diamonds, Suzy Cope, Big Dee Irwin and BOBBY VEE in the first half of the show. After the interval came The Diamonds again, Alan Davison, DUSTY SPRINGFIELD, and THE SEARCHERS.

Also included as a bonus is a glossy portrait of Bobby Vee ( complete with toothpaste smile ).
