Bodyjar - 17 Years / Another Minute 7" 45rpm RED VINYL limited to 1000 RARE
Description:
The very first release on Australian label Barren Concept from 2003 ( BC001 ) limited to 1000 hand numbered copy.
This copy is hand numbered 592/1000 and is on red transparent vinyl. Includes original insert which reads:
"It's amazing where conversations over beer can go- truly! I spent a good 3 hours swilling lagers with Cam and Rosco Jar before I plucked up the courage to ask them if they were at all interested in 7" singles... it took me another 3 hours to ask them if they were at all interested in doing one with me! Needless to say they were somewhat intruiged by the idea as you would not be reading this had they replied "sod it and sod you"!
So here it is Barren Concept's maiden voyage, Bodyjar's first 7" single! The A Side of this little diddy is "17 Years". A fierce cut of melodic punk rock which could possibly be the bands finest moment to date, it's a pacey number with a killer intro and Bodyjar's trademark melody soars above it. "17 Years" is lifted off "Jarchives - 10 years of The Jar" which will most certainly be available by now but "Another Minute", the cracking B Side won't be found anywhere else! So throw this sucker down on your turn table, drag the needle across it and enjoy - it's been recorded super loud for your listening pleasure!

Looks excellent, plays great. Very light distortion which may be how the music was recorded or the way it was pressed.
Looks excellent, seams have both split but no tearing. Overall great condition - see pictures!
