Description
Richard Strauss: Der Rosenkavalier
Karl Böhm conducting the States Capella, Dresden.
With Fischer-Dieskau, Streich, Seefried, Schech
German Ed1 DGG stereo-pressing with big tulip „Alle Hersteller“-labels and additonal red stereo sticker on front.
4LP-box with booklet, date on back of booklet: 7/59.
Art.-No.: SLPM 138 040-43
Inside of box and one label of each LP with sample-stamps.
-
Condition Box: NM. Virtually no detectable wear, except for minimal signs of storage.
-
Condition Vinyls: Between VG+ and NM. None of the discs can have played more than once, two are in perfect NM condition, but the other two LPs show signs of
a reaction with the plastic from the early stitched innersleeves. It's not the typical "smearing"-marks, but a lighter form, it rather looks like multiple punctual irregularities.
I have washed the LPs and there's hardly any detectable sonic distraction except for a light tic here and there. No distortion, sound is actually rather NM throughout.
It does. however, definitely look worse than it sounds.
- Condition Booklet: NM. Like new with only the faintest signs of usage.

General Information:
- Shipping-rates may differ for different destinations, please check details below for more information or shortly adress me.
- I offer combined shipping for multiple purchases and I'll always send an invoice with correct rates shortly after auction-end.
- Unless you notify me in time, payment is expected within 5 days after receiving of invoice. If I don't at least hear from you in between, I'll send a non-payment notification through Ebay
afterwards.
- I use sturdy cardboard-boxes and cardboard-dividers, both specifically designed for the safe shipping of vinyl records.
- Most LPs receive new antistatic innersleeves (in addition to the original ones, which of course are also provided). I, however, don't add new sleeves, if the original ones seem fitting.
- If in doubt about anything, please contact me, I'm glad to assist you with any possible queries!

A note about my record-grading:
I usually only visually grade the LPs under strong light and I only playgrade them ( i.e. the portions that seem to have signs of usage), if I can't be sure of their actual condition.
If records show stronger signs of soiling I'll professionally clean them (Okki Nokki RCM), but I'm not doing this if it's obviously only dust, as I know that collectors usually prefer their
very own way of record-cleaning.
My goal is to always decribe the records appropriately and I will name every visible and/or audible defect in my detailed description. If regardless of my precautions
you should ever be dissatisfied with the condition of a record, please contact me before leaving negative or neutral feedback to give me the chance to resolve your query.
I'm confident, however, that this will hardly ever be the case. I've been selling records for many years now and so far complaints fortunately have been the utter exception!
