Grading Details:
Sealed (S): Item is still sealed
New: Item is new, unplayed
Mint (M): Item looks “like new” and has been played 1-3 times only
Near Mint (NM): Item played few times; some light scuffs are visible
Excellent (EX): Item played a few times; some normal scuffs are visible; very little lessening in sound quality
Very Good VG): Item played many times; some scratches are visible; no major deterioration in sound quality
Good (G): Item played many times; many scratches are visible; sound quality deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion
Fair (F): Item is still just playable, but displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump
Poor (P): Item will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc.
Bad (B): Item is unplayable or might even be broken; a collection-filler
Nota Bene:
1)When a NEW item has some light scuffs from the cardboard sleeve I will NOT say it is Mint/ “like new” or Near Mint.
2)I DO NOT grade jewel cases (cd) as these are cheap and easily replaceable. Only when the case is part of a specific release (ie stickered case) will I offer a grade.
3)Last but not least: unless an item is Sealed/New, if you're a seller you know that grading items is not very easy. I'm trying to be as much accurate as possible none the less.
