Description
This is Bon Jovi's third studio album titled "Slippery When Wet". This is the Rare/Uncensored Japanese Pressing w/OBI,picture sleeve and stickers. This record was released in 1986 on the Polygram/Mercury label in Tokyo. "Slippery When Wet" is the band's best-selling album to date with over 12 million copies sold in the US alone,and over 28 million copies sold worldwide. This album has the "Original" cover art which features a busty, 34DD woman in a wet yellow T-shirt with the album name on the front of the shirt. This version of the cover was swapped for the wet plastic bag cover just prior to release, due to the fact that Jon Bon Jovi did not care for the pink border. The exception is in Japan, where most of the releases, not all, contain this version. It was also re-designed due to Walmart not liking the "racy"cover. The cover and record is graded as EX++ by Goldmine standards. The record is super clean!! Album was stored in a heavy duty anvil case since 2006 and comes from a smoke/pet free home.
