ALL RECORDS ARE VISUALLY GRADED. Mint (M)- We do not use this grade for any of our records 
Near Mint (NM)- Records that have been unused, sealed will be graded as NM. 
Excellent (EX)- Records are clean. They may have minor scuffs and may have a minor loss of gloss on the record. The sleeve may have signs of wear on the edges or the corners.The sleeves on these records may show a ring of where the record sits. 
Very Good Plus (VG+)- this record could have minor scuffs or scratches. However it should look like it was well maintained. the sleeve should have no splits. the sleeve could show signs of wear to the corners or to the edge. The inner sleeve may be discolored or ripped. 
Very Good (VG)- this grading will usually be given to a record because of the sleeve. the sleeve may have a few splits and damage to   the corners and to the edge. There may be staining on the sleeve (both inner and outer) as well. HOWEVER RECORDS WITH EXTREME SCRATCHES OR EXCESSIVE SIGNS OF USE AND OR LACK LUSTER WILL RARELY BE SOLD AND WOULD NOT BE GRADED AS VERY GOOD OR ANY OF THE ABOVE 

Good (G)- This is given to records that have lost most of their luster, there will be scratches and scuffs on these records. These record may skip. There may also be damage to the sleeve (tear, split, discoloration, staining, and other defects). 
SHIPPING- Once a product is purchased the item is shipped and dropped typically within 24 hours. However, we use the dropbox at the USPS store. This means that once your package has been dropped off it is entirely up to USPS to get through their packages and scan yours so that it can begin processing. If you have made a purchase over the weekend the same 24 hours apply however it is more than likely that USPS will scan your package on the next business day. Once your package has been scanned that is usually when you will see some variance in your tracking information. Thank you for your patience and business! 

Final Note: An inner sleeve is not guaranteed with each purchase. The pictures posted on the listing will be a clear indication of whether a record comes with an inner sleeve or not. We will also try to make sure our pictures show a clear representation of the condition of the inner and outer sleeve.
