Original 9 inch 78 rpm record made in S0VIET UNI0N in 1950s by underground manufacturers.
Recorded track is "Forgive you" performed by Petr Leschenko

EX barely played record - extremely rare condition for this kind of records.

Scratches visible at the top of record are on back (non-playing) side of the record.
I guess there was a label of roentgen office so it's been removed to keep a secret a source of roentgen film used for manufacturing.
People used to be prisoned for manufacturing od those records.
