BONZO DOG DOO-DAH BAND - 'GORILLA'
This NEAR MINT UK 1st STEREO pressing of thier debut album dates from this album's initial release in October 1967.
It is on the blue Phillips pressed Liberty label: LBS 83056
Matrix numbers: LBS 83056 A//1 & LBS 83056 B//1
Disc weight: 152g
Housed in a fully laminated 'MacNeill Press' printed stereo cover.
This early copy comes complete with its 12-page booklet & original poly-lined inner-sleeve.

An immaculate pair with a small handful of faint spindle trails around each unworn centre hole.
Visual: NEAR MINT
Both deep-glossy playing surfaces are remarkably 'as new' and totally unmarked both in strong daylight with just a few harmless wsipy paper-type hairlines visible only directly beneath my unforgiving, powerful halogen desk lamp. Both sides of this superb copy lie 100% flat on the turntable when playing.
Play: NEAR MINT
This perfect sounding copy received less than a handful of extremely careful plays on high-end equipment by its one previous audiophile owner. My careful play-check detected not a trace of audible wear of any description throughout, and I am happy and confident to describe the sound as flawless. You will not need or possibly be able to find a better copy of this pressing.
Cover: EXCELLENT +
A clean, strong and unworn example with white & un-yellowed panels where the only sign of wear is a little laminate lifting towards the spine edge. However, there are no 'thumbnails' or any other wrinkling or wear elsewhere on this fine example. Both seams and the fully worded spine are all smooth, undamaged and unworn.
Booklet: EXCELLENT +
Clean & fully intact with just a few tiny handling wrinkles but no other traces of wear.
Inner-sleeve: EXCELLENT
Some minor storage creasing but no writing, split or tears.
