Boogaloo Joe Jones "Boogaloo Joe" vinyl LP Presige PR 7697. This is the 1972 reissue. Features Joe Jones, Rusty Bryant, Sonny Phillips, Eddie Mathias, and Bernard Purdie. A soul jazz stone classic if there ever was one. Super rare record. The vinyl is glossy, beautiful, and sounds fantastic. M/NM (Like New all around). The Jack comes in as an Excellent just beacuse the top right corner is cut off. The jacket itself is tight and in like-new condition. Spine and edges are tight, sharp, and perfect. Like I said, except for the corner missing, this is a near-perfect, like-new copy for a super-rare record. This one has been carefully handled and is right off the shelves of my collection. Comparatively priced to sell vs. what you will find on Discogs and eBay.
The record and jacket will be placed in a plastic protective sleeve, with the LP outside of the jacket. This maintains the integrity of the record jacket during shipping. Shipping records in their sleeves can damage the cardboard jacket. The record will be shipped in a sturdy, securely packaged cardboard record mailer for safe arrival. USPS Media Mail w/ tracking and insurance is $6.50. I prefer to ship expensive records like this with insurance to cover your purchase and myself as the seller. Please be advised that due to Covid restrictions, I can only ship on Saturdays. If I am able to ship sooner, I will.
