Light surface marks, nothing that can be felt with a fingernail. See grade scale below. This is the original 1959 white label promo.
Cover Grade: VG
Maintains original gloss. Spine is fully intact. Overall a very nice cover. There's a section that's pictured where a price sticker was previously. This residue should come right off but I didn't want to fuss with it.
