Description
Boston’s debut is basically wall-to-wall classic rock perfection — More Than a Feeling, Peace of Mind, Foreplay/Long Time, Rock & Roll Band, Smokin’, Hitch a Ride. There’s a reason this thing has never really left rotation.
This is the 2017 U.S. Friday Music / Epic limited blue-vinyl edition, pressed on 180g vinyl in a gatefold jacket. More importantly, the runout carries KPG@ATM, identifying Kevin Gray at AcousTech, and this edition was mastered from the original Epic Records tapes by Joe Reagoso and Kevin Gray.
So this isn’t just a pretty color variant. It has legitimate audiophile pedigree behind it, with the same metalwork lineage as the earlier Friday Music pressing.
For a Boston fan, this is a killer version to own — limited blue vinyl, heavyweight 180g pressing, Kevin Gray mastering, gatefold presentation, and one of the biggest debut albums ever made.
