Super clean, dust free, flawless, M- Condition! Jacket is EX condition, generic white. This record is really not a 'Best of' record, as the name implies!  It is actually, the only live performance, of pro quality, ever recorded, of the rock band Boston! The only live performance they ever recorded for potential release. They never released it! Some say that if this had been released this, it would have been as big a record as Kiss Alive, or Frampton Comes Alive! Probably true! This King Biscuit broadcast record is so rare, that it is owned by only one person on Discogs, and has NEVER been sold once on discogs, you can check the song listings there. Contains the rare song 'Help Me'. Looks like an un-played, new record! Should sell for over 200.00 based on it's being so rare, but now that Boston is not as cool as I guess they used to be, I will have to start the bidding at only 49.00.
