Brahms Cello Sonatas Du Pre Barenboim UK HMV ASD 2436
Jaqueline du Pre with Daniel Barenboim performs the “Cello Sonatas No’s 1 and 2 of Brahms. An English stereo pressing on the HMV Label (ASD 2436), the labels are red with white His Masters Voice, Made in Gt. Briatain at 6 o’clock, and a large fan-shaped dog logo. The record is of excellent appearance and plays and sounds superb with some surface noise, mainly near the start of sides. The cover has rubbed a little with a crease in the laminate.
