Lovely 1969 UK issue of this great recording of Brahms Piano Concerto No. 1 ......performed by Clifford Curzon and the LSO conducted by George Szell on Decca WBG SXL 6023 labels with James Upton Ltd Front Laminated Cover and Handling Instructions Polylined Inner Sleeve ....
The vinyl has numerous light hairlines.... just a little background noise on run ins and between tracks ...... powerful sound........plays superbly all the way through ......... visual VG+.....audio EX to EX+....sounds great
The James Upton Ltd Front Laminated Cover is in nice VG++ to EX condition.... minimal light wear/scuffing and 2 small circular sticker removal residues rear top right .......spine proud and fully legible.....see pics ....
Decca Wide Band Grooved SXL 6023 labels in lovely condition ......see pics....ZAL-5589-3G and ZAL-5590-4G Matrices , 1/5 1 Mothers and BU/BA Stampers.......
