Original 1967 lp on Decca (SXL 6322)

Brahms Piano Concerto No. 2 - Wilhelm Backhaus with Vienna Philharmonic conducted by Karl Brohm.

Edition 1 , 'Made In England', deep groove both sides.

The vinyl is in superb condition and appears hardly used, almost perfect when viewed under direct strong light. Just the slightest paper scuff here and there, barely visible. A Side label shows no spindle wear, B Side label shows very slight spindle wear. Jacket has very minor general wear only, really very clean, lamination complete (scan shows light reflecting off top left corner) (ex+/ex)

Buyer pays postage uk 1st class signed for £4.20. Europe registered £11. US/Japan/Australia registered £13.
Having spent several years buying and selling records on a full time basis i feel i have a good understanding of the grading process. I study all records visually under a direct strong light and test play to assess sound quality. I am strict on condition, i rarely if ever grade a record higher than 'ex+' even if i know it's unused, i don't feel a 'mint/mint-' grade can be truly accurate when applied to vinyl.
