Brahms Symphony 3 Guilini Aust Columbia SAXO 2516
The Philharmonia Orchestra conducted by Carlo Maria Guilini performs Brahms “Symphony No. 3” and “Tragic Overture””. An original Australian stereo pressing on the Columbia Label (SAXO 2516), the labels are blue/green with silver border and “radio waves”. The record is of excellent appearance, and plays and sounds superb with a minimum of surface noise. The cover’s (English front/Australian back) has minor wear only.
