Description
I am downsizing my record collection which I have accumulated over a period of 50 years and using the Record Collector/ Goldmine collector guide for grading and all visual descriptions of the vinyl condition will be done under daylight conditions

All Lps have been played on a Linn LP12/ Ittok / Supex SD 900 SUPER and a VPI TNT 5 HR /SHURE V15III When play graded
So here is a ORIGINAL1973 UK FIRST ISSUE LP by EMERSON LAKE PALMER Titled BRAIN SALAD SURGERY On the MANTICORE RECORD LABEL CAT NO MC 66669 Distributed by ALANTIC RECORDING CORP
I remember queuing outside the local record store when this LP was being released simultaneously both in the USA and UK because they were pressed in the USA and later pressings had a KINNEY Cat No for the UK market on the record label
VINYL Side One Matrix ST-MC - 732991-G Eched and AT STAMPED On the dead wax
VINYL Side Two Matrix ST-MC -732992- G Eched and AT Eched on the dead wax
VINYL Has a high gloss lacquered finish to both sides with no visual signs of feelable scratches maybe some fine removal lines present but none that I can see EX+/EX+
LABELS Are nice and clean looking both sides with no visual signs of spindle marks present
COVER Is in EXCELLENT CONDITION and has a K 53501 Cat No With A MANICORE RECORDING DISTRUSTED BY WEA RECORDS LTD There is some light edge wear to the bottom and corners but apart from that no other issues
SPINE Is nice and straight with the print still clear and eligible as released
INNER SLEEVE Is a Company generic type and is EXCELLENT CONDITION
POSTER LYRICS PICTURE Is in EXCELLENT CONDITION having been kept in the sleeve and never been used to hang on to a wall
VINYL I have played both sides of the LP and would grade it as EX+/EX+
The record will be sent in a record mailer with stiffeners
