New and unopened (I forgot to cancel my IVC subscription)
I just opened the mailer today and saw that there was a super tiny split on the bottom back panel due to shipping/Interscope's packaging. Annoying. 
Let me know if you'd like me to ship the records outside of the sleeve (recommended). The record isn't really sealed - it's just a plastic sleeve with a sticky tab that can easily be opened. Let me know! (and check out the pics).
