Description
This album features Moroccan musicians playing in the village of Joujouka in 1968 (during the Rites of Pan festival observed and recorded with the involvement oF Brian Jones). The music consists of vocal chants, flute and drum playing (check out the Wikipedia entry for more background).
Vinyl condition: VG+/VG (This LP plays well with some light/light to medium surface noise. There are no scratches visible on either side. The surface noise is audible mainly in the quiet sections of the music.
Sleeve condition: VG. There is some edge and corner wear on the top and bottom edges. The title spine is in excellent condition. The title has a sticker on the front cover which corrects the title after a printing error. This sticker has been discoloured across 3/4 of its length to a brown colour. The rear has some marking in the 'white' area to the top quartile. There is slight damage to the rear towards the left top (2cm by 0.5cm rip of the surface. The accompanying explanatory sheet is in excellent condition. The inner sheet has a tear to the middle and is a generic one with a stamp of the original retailer in York (one presumes). This can be replaced at the buyers request.
All vinyl is audio tested with Hitachi record player. Vinyl has been vacuum cleaned with HANSS Acoustics cleaning system prior to the audio test.
All gradings follow closely the Record Collector system.

Postage: the item will be packed between 2 card stiffeners and a brown record mailer to minimise any damage in transit. Other postage options can be selected by the buyer but any extra cost will be borne by the buyer.
