Description
Rare British stereo 1st release of the original film soundtrack to 'Mutiny on the Bounty' (1962, dirs. Lewis Milestone, Carol Reed), composed by Bronislau Kaper.
The movie starred Marlon Brando, Trevor Howard, Richard Harris, Hugh Griffith, Richard Haydn and Tarita Teriipaia.

Condition (refer also to notes at bottom):
Vinyl: VG. Looks superbly clean on visual inspection. No obvious signs of marks, scuffs or hairlines on either side. Played just pre-listing and sound clarity is very good throughout. Some very light static / surface noise at the start of each side and during quieter cues. Plays with no skipping, jumping or sticking.
Outer Sleeve (Cover): G-VG. Colours are clear and unfaded. Thick card sleeve with fantastic artwork on laminated cover. Corners show light wear. Spine clean and unscuffed. Top edge shows has nicks and small split in centre and top right corner. Bottom edge shows more damage and crinkling with split in centre and 1cm near aperture. Aperture has a soiling band but not badly damaged. Front has few creases on spine and two long bubble creases in from aperture. Reverse side flipbacks present and attached. Soiling on inner bands, slight foxing on left. 2 residue blotches on tracklist.
Inner Sleeve: VG. Original. Yellowed poly-lined paper with squared corners and central hole. Handling instructions printed in blue on both sides. Some folds and crimping but intact.

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced.
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.
