The records have been listened to once and they are all in excellent condition. The sleeves are in very good to excellent condition with a minor issue here and there, but nothing major - there are no tears or splits. The box itself has a some minor wear in a few spots, but again there are no major defects - it is in very nice shape. The 32 page large booklet of lyrics and photos is in excellent condition.
Included in this purchase are two Rolling Stone magazines #1153 dated March 29, 2012 and #1189 dated August 15, 2013. Also included are the covers and the articles only of Bruce Springsteen in People magazine dated Sept. 3, 1984 and Newsweek dated Aug. 5, 1985 - these two are not the full magazines. Some time ago I had pared these two magazines down to just the covers and the cover articles.
All of these items are in very good condition.
