Description
Here is a GREAT OUT-OF-PRINT LP, hands down! It’s the first and only LP by Lindsey Buckingham and Stevie Nicks who later went on to join Fleetwood Mac.
It’s truly a landmark LP now 40 years old that launched the careers of two exceptional recording artists. In fact, this LP is so iconic that it was pictured in the CNN documentary, “The Seventies” on TV!
· This is Polydor PD 5058. This is the 1975, second pressing, standard (non-gatefold) issue of this LP.
· The original 1973 pressing came in a gatefold cover. Both the 1973 and 1975 pressings are tough to come by these days. It has never been reissued post-1975.
· The COVER is graded VERY STRONG VG+ to NEAR MINT MINUS CONDITION. It is STILL IN ITS ORIGINAL SHRINK WRAP. It’s really tough to find this LP still in its shrink wrap which has protected the cover quite well over the years.
· There is a sticker on the shrink wrap. The shrink is split on top and bottom edges about 7 inches from the opening. A little dust has gotten inside the shrink in a few places, but does not diminish the wonderful cover images. (Please check images.) There is a tiny and slight corner push at the bottom left corner.
· The VINYL is graded VG+ with several hairlines/scuffs.
· This LP has such great cuts as: “Don’t Let Me Down Again”, “Long Distance Winner”, “Crying in the Night”, “Without a Leg to Stand On”, “Crystal”, “Races are Run”, “Lola (My Love)” and “Frozen Love”.
· This LP comes with its original paper inner sleeve that has images on it to promote other Polydor LPs INCUDING THIS ONE!!!
· The LP has a great line up of cuts you can only hear by listening to the LP because the LP is WAY OUT OF PRINT and contains GREAT material from the team-up of Lindsay Buckingham and Stevie Nicks.
· It has truly become HARD-TO-FIND in nice condition whether it is the 1973 pressing or the 1975 pressing of this LP, so don’t pass it up!
