This one 45 was supposed to be Meteor's first hit on the hillbilly - country market with Hank Williams soundalike Bud Deckelman. Maybe it sold in great quantities but it's now pretty scarce. The pair Cantrell-Claunch, which also later work with Charlie Feathers at Sun for his Flip & Sun 45s, wrote the two numbers on with Bud D. who later joined M.G.M. His career seemed to have suffered from his drinkin' habbits. The story sounds familiar... Two super early 50s styled hillbilly weepers.
This one's from my personal collection but I also sell reissue stuff as the Hog Maw Record Store so you're buying from a professional dealer.

VG+. Clean used copy, plays OK but with Meteor's classic hiss etc...
Please keep in mind that most Meteor 45s, red labels ones especially, are pretty hissy even in M cond.
If you're not familiar with Meteor 45s or 78s and wanna hear them with no hiss just buy the ACE double CD.
