Description
Here is a great 1960 release on the Columbia label (M4S 616). Performances of Beethoven's quartets: Op. 59, Nos. 1-3; Op. 74 & Op. 95. Boxed quadruple-album 6-Eye stereo demo pressing, includes original insert booklet in G+ condition due to age staining on front.
Condition - The box shows general wear and age stains as well as broken corners and other damage to edges. The box grades at G+. The records are shiny with light hints of use, but they vary in surface condition. One of the records is still sealed in its original plastic bag, but there are some holes in the bag and there appears to be a small bit of mildew inside the sealed bag that appears cleanable. The other discs have some very light scuffs, but look shiny. One label has a tear where a sticker was removed. Overall, the records grade at VG+ to VG++.

Regarding grading - I try to grade by Goldmine standards. I do not use the grade Mint on unsealed opened records. The highest grade I give to unsealed records is Near Mint. Grading here is strictly by sight.
