Description

Blue green label. The late Buddy Childers, trumpet. The quartet includes Arnold Ross, piano; Harry Babasin, bass; Boone Stines, drums. 8 tracks. Recorded in Hollywood in 1956. A tour-de-force for Childers. Cover VG to VG+ Top edge has completely split. Some water damage at the very bottom edge results in a small fragment of paper loss on the back cover. This is essentially a small segment. There are a few " spots" along the bottom of the back cover from the water damage. A few words identifying the Liberty Record Company have disappeared. The text describing the records is intact. Name of previous owner is written on the back cover. The front cover is in fine condition with small wear on the bottom edge. Record: VG++ to Mint(-) Visually shows no wear. The record appears unplayed. There are a few light clicks at the beginning few revolutions of Track 1, Side 2 and 3 or 4 clicks on Track 4. These are barely audible. Overall, fine sound with only the minor, slight, noise described. Audibly checked.
