Description
Keep an eye on my auctions because I will be listing some rare E.P.'S,and albums.I will be listing a couple items at a time to ensure proper grading that previous buyers come to expect from my auctions.Enough chit chat,let's get the ball rolling.All grades are conservative .
Up for auction is a beautiful copy of Buddy Holly's Listen To Me E.P..EC 81169 on the Coral label.
Picture Sleeve Grade: EX/Light surface scuffs on the Front and Back.Very Light browning from age but an overall collectible Picture Sleeve.Examine the pictures and you will see that this is in Excellent shape.Some corner dings and some very light soiling from age on front cover.You would be hard pressed to find a sleeve in better condition.A solid sleeve with no splits.No upgrade needed.
E.P. Visual Grade= Side 1:Nice Lustre,upper medium gloss.1 Light Non Feelable/NON sounding mark that goes across tracks 1 and 2.Because of this visual mark,I grade Side 1 as VG++.
Side 1 Playgrade :EX+/A beautiful sounding E.P. that was a pleasure to listen to.As stated above,the light mark on this side is non sounding.Light surface noise on the intro and in-between tracks but once the music starts,it's gone.
Side 2 Visual:A conservative EX grade.No problems to report.
Side 2 Playgrade:EX+.
Labels are in at least Excellent shape.No problems to report here.
Trailout has S3952 1 machine stamped on Side 1 and S3953 1 Machine stamped on side 2.
In summary,This is a beautiful copy of this hard to find E.P. with an overall conservative grade of EX.Played only a couple of times.

My grading system is as follows:VG,EX,NM with a plus(+) or minus(-) in each category to accurately pinpoint the grade.I do not grade higher than NM.
Packaging:I properly mail out records.No need to worry about the packaging on my end.I use stiffeners to secure your purchase and I remove the record from the cover to ensure there is no damage in transit.
