Vinyl is in EX Condition

The tan color label has some writing on it. Brown-Eyed Handsome Man is actually crossed out and beside it is written "Do Not Play"

This record came from a collection of a former radio dj's. I have searched everywhere to find a reference to it. So far I have found no evidence of it's existence.
