Description
This is a rare and highly sought-after LP from Budgie titled "Never Turn Your Back On A Friend". This first pressing vinyl record features truly 1st issue fully black label. Catalogue number MDKS 8010. The record label is MCA and the release year is 1973.
The album includes the iconic track "Breadfan", which was later covered by Metallica.
Condition:
Vinyl-VG - High end VG -Nice heavy flat piece of early 70's vinyl. Some light scuffs and hairlines when angled under a bright light (nothing feelable). Lovely glossy flat vinyl. Audio- A couple of tics here and there, a bit of light surface noise during quiet parts and between tracks. Nothing intrusive or overpowering the music. No skips, sticks or distortion!
Fully play tested. Sleeve - EX- Nice vibrant colours. No ringwear, corner bumps, writing or splits. (See pictures)
Inner - VG+ - Original inner correctly date stamped. labels-VG+ - The all black, first press labels are in great condition with just a few light spindle marks. Only true first press copies have an all black label.
