Rare original promotional LP Budweiser Showdown – The Hottest Mix in ’86 (Starstream Records, BSR-110, 1986).
This record was part of the nationwide Budweiser Showdown Tournament of Jams, a talent competition that helped launch regional R&B and funk artists during the mid-1980s.
Includes standout tracks such as:
• “Share Our Love” – The Quest
• “Okay Party People” – Secret M.C.’s
This one-sided LP was pressed for promotional use only and not sold commercially — making it a collectible piece of R&B and promotional vinyl history.
Condition:
• Vinyl: VG to VG+ — glossy with minor marks, plays well with minimal surface noise.
