• Record: VG+VG (Side 1 has faint surface noise, Side 2 has surface noise, can still hear clearly on both sides)
• Labels: VG++VG++
• Cover: VGVG (Front has line crease towards left binding edge with a couple of creases. Corners have small crease. Some dirt on front from age with a bit of surface wear. Back cover has some wear along the edges and surface wear. There are some creases along the right binding edge. There is an angle crease at the top left corner)     
• Pages: VG+ (Page 13 has couple small brown spot. Last page has some dirt from age. Few pages have tiny crease at corners)
