ID no. 9007657 Title: Buena Vista Social Club Test Pressing Artist: Buena Vista Social Club Product Condition: SS Cover Condition: VG+ Description: This auction is for a STILL SEALED 2-LP Test Pressing set marked (A/Bb, C/Db) of the Classic Records 180gram reissue of Buena Vista Social Club with jacket. These highly collectible test pressings are from the first stamper and less than 20 exist. Test pressings reflect the closest you can get to the lacquers and hence have a special collectible value and store of value. This wonderful surprise from Havana is now available, under an exclusive worldwide license from World Circuit/Nonesuch, on 180 gram vinyl! These discs are mastered directly from the original analog tapes by Bernie Grundman (who mastered he original CD) under the supervision of the project producer, Ry Cooder. A 2-LP set in a gatefold jacket, it features artwork and photography from the original deluxe compact disc packaging. Jacket in very good condition.
