Description
This item is a 1st press DJ promotional album released in 1967 on Atco Records by The Buffalo Springfield entitled ‘Buffalo Springfield Again’. Record label and number is Atco Records SD 33-226. This DJ copy is stamped on the Side 1 label in black ink and states ‘DJ Copy For Promotional Use Only’ (see photos). Record cover also has a 2 inch by 1 inch sticker affixed to the cover that states ’DJ COPY FOR PROMOTIONAL USE ONLY’ (see photos). Record itself is in VG+ condition with a few light hairline scuffs that do not effect play. Record was professionally cleaned on a Nitty Gritty record cleaning machine. Record labels show little if any spindle wear. I don’t believe that stereo white label promo copies of this album were ever made, however there were definitely white label mono promo copies of this album made. Record cover is in strong VG+ condition with flaws being some light wear, some light wear at the bottom right corner and a small area of tape residue on the back cover at the opening of the album cover (see photos).
