Buffalo - Volcanic Rock - Vertigo swirl label

This is an original Australian 1st pressing of the 2nd Buffalo LP 'Volcanic Rock' from 1973 .. in really superb condition.

Buffalo were one of Australia's very greatest 1970's prog/psych/hard rock groups, & this is their highly renowned 2nd Australian LP.

This album is the original 1st pressing on the Vertigo swirl label. It also contains the rare inner sheet with all the lyrics & some very demonic looking graphics.

Everything you ever heard about this album is true .. just like their 1st album 'Dead Forever' this is full of hard, heavy prog/psych/hard rock with the influence of Leaf Hound, Black Sabbath & other great UK prog groups to the fore. 'Volcanic Rock' is the most well known & highly regarded Buffalo album .. & with perfectly good reason.

This is an original Australian pressing from 1973 on the Vertigo swirl label - catalogue no. is 6357 101.

This is in fantastic condition! .. The Gatefold Sleeve is in absolutely stunning Near MINT to MINT condition ! .. I didn't think it was ever possible to find an LP sleeve from 31 years ago in such perfect condition! I guarantee you will NEVER find this LP Sleeve in better condition anywhere! The Record has a number of very, very light hairline marks only - they're really only ultra-light superficial marks - & the great bonus here is that this record plays absolutely superbly - it plays EX+ to Near MINT! .. you would be incredibly hard pressed to ever find a copy of this LP that plays better! The insert sheet is in great EX+ condition.
