I am not a professional grader, just a collector, but this is a beautiful copy. Has what seems to be the original shrink wrap (red writing is on shrink wrap not sleeve). Rated on appearance only I would say:

Vinyl: vg++/ near mint

Sleeve: vg+ has some shelf wear on corners
