Here is a wonderful old blues record. It is Bull City Red, aka George Washington according to my research, doing Mississippi River and Pick and Shovel Blues. This is on the Melotone Label, manufactured by Brunswick Record Corp.
I did listen to both sides of the record and it played with sizzle but the music comes through. The record is in nice condition without cracks, or heavy soiling. The labels are clean. There is some spindle wear, which shows in the pictures. It comes with a Melotone sleeve which does have some writing on the front in ink and on the back in pencil.
I have included supersized images so that you can see it for yourself. Some great old blues!
Unless a record looks unplayed, I listen to it all the way through. My system is a mid grade system. Please note that although I try very hard to get good representative photos, the light here in Rainyville, isn't always helpful. Please ask questions before bidding.
