Rare Original 1st Press OZ LP released in 1974 on Mushroom Records. Cat: L35355.
This record came from a collection in absolutely stunning condition, many not played at all and most only played a few times at best.
One and only album released in 1974 by Melbourne's Buster Brown. Formed in 1973, their street smart, straight ahead boogie rock was embraced by Melbourne's notorious sharpies crowd. For the unitiated, they were an Australian subculture that was somewhere between what was the skinhead and suedehead subcultures of the U.K. Buster Brown's significance to rock music though goes much further. Ultimately a microdot to what Buster Brown vocalist Gary 'Angry' Anderson and bassist Geordie Leach would achieve when they moved to Sydney and formed globally renowned hard rock giants, Rose Tattoo. Drummer Phil Rudd would stay in Melbourne and become the drummer for a little outfit out of Sydney, AC/DC. Not a bad dent on the global hard rock music scene from this small, one shot Melbourne band. If that's not enough legendary status for this album, it was produced by Australian guitar god, Lobby Loyde. His credits as a musician include The Purple Hearts, The Wild Cherries, Coloured Balls and Billy Thorpe & The Aztecs.

There are a few light spindle marks on labels. Record has a few light scuff marks that cause a few light crackles and is in Excellent condition. Cover has light ring wear, a small surface tear on bottom right corner, some light marks, a small surface tear on centre of spine and a few other tiny surface tears around edges and is in VG+ condition.
Wrapping method: All records are sent in stiff cardboard mailers then wrapped in brown paper and sealed around edges with brown packaging tape. Records are taken out of sleeve to avoid seam splits and ring wear.
