Description

Byard Lancaster “Exodus” Philly Jazz LP, Free Jazz

The first release on the great (but unfortunately short lived) Philly Jazz.  A perfect representation of where Byard (who sadly has recently passed away) was taking his music in the 1970’s.  A great mix of Jazz, Free Jazz and Spiritual Jazz.

Personnel: Byard Lancaster, Harold E. Smith, Skip Parnell

JACKET: VG+ / Still in shrink wrap, though some of it is starting to peel off in the front (see pic). Corners are slightly dented and have a little wear, nothing too bad though.

VINYL: EX / Plays really clean, nice and shinny. Just one long scuff on side one that doesn’t affect play.

No reserve, low starting bid!
