Up for auction is a C86 Compilation Double LP. Limited to 300 copies for Record Store Day 2016. Below is the press release with more info regarding the release.


A special Record Store Day double vinyl edition of 1986 NME compilation in an extremely limited 300 run.


This compilation was originally released, during the summer of '86, as both an NME mail order-only cassette (NME. 022) and on vinyl during a series of five concerts at London's Institute Of Contemporary Art.


C86 is now reissued on vinyl as a deluxe, gatefold sleeved double-LP edition. The music has been re-mastered, with better sound quality due to not being ‘groove crammed’, with picture inner sleeves depicting original artwork and photos and detailed sleeve-notes by C86 compiler Neil Taylor.


This release is strictly limited edition and manufactured exclusively for Record Store Day.


Records are in Near Mint Shape. There is one visual flaw on side three that you can see in the photos. I did play test the track to see if there were any problems. No audible issues. Plays through without any problems. Gatefold sleeve is in EX shape. Minor wear on one corner and a small crease on the back cover. Was like this when I purchased it brand new on Record Store Day. A very very rare record. Album will come in a resealable record sleeve for extra protection. Album will come properly packaged and shipped in a sturdy record mailer. Any questions?
