Description

This is CALIFORNIA RAMBLERS & the 7 BLUE Babies 78 "Flat"  Electric EDISON Record #14016.  Very tough to find record as it came out right at the end of Edison Records as they experimented with a a standard lateral groove.  Songs include The Wedding of the Painted Doll by California Ramblers and Heigh-Ho Ev'rybody Heigh-Ho! by The 7 Blue Babies.   I am not an expert at grading 78s', but this one looks pretty decent, I would say VG/VG+ copy, NO cracks or chips, held up to light you can see some faint scuffs on shellac, just one scratch on trail-off on the 7 Blue Babies side which goes just a little bit into playing surface, but mostly just on the trail-off so that should not affect play much.  Overall, nice record of this highly sought after Edison record!!   This one does not go up for sale often, do not miss your chance to pick it up!!
