Description

Vinyl condition: VG+ to EX

Outstanding condition on all sides. Rougher passages may sound VG, but a lot of each side is EX to NM. Conservatively play-graded.


Sleeve condition: VG-

Stains and dried mold throughout / obvious signs of aging / sleeve lips are bent.


Very rare private press from California State University, Fresno circa 1979. Sides 1 & 2 are more of a classical affair with dramatic and cinematic overtones, as well as some great avant-garde percussion pieces. Sides 3 & 4 are jazz and disco focused with high energy solos driven by tenor sax and piano. Some Big Band elements are also present. Lots of great horns and percussion throughout. The first track of Side 4 is a real disco / break beat treat.
