Description

This auction is for the record entitled "CALYPSO STEEL BAND". It features the Woodford Steel Band on Side A and the Steel Band Concert in Woodford Square on Side B/ It was made in the USA and released in 1957 on HALO Records (50247). It contains 11 tracks. A tough Calypso/Steel Band/Steel Pan LP to find these days!

Appearance wise the vinyl I would say the LP is in VG+ condition or better in some sections. There are a couple very very light surface marks on the vinyl, yet it played and sounded excellent when tested. If anyone needs sound clips, just send me an email. The record jacket is in excellent shape!

Tracks include:
Side 1: Anna, Mambo Jambo, The Happy Wanderer, I'm Going Away With My Lord, Moonia, Diana
Side 2: Cherry Pink & Apple Blosson White, Kiss Of Fire, Keep It A Secret, The Girl In The Mirror, Trinidad Is The Place To Go

The winning bidder pays shipping within the U.S.,Canada or internationally which will be determined upon the completion of the auction. If more information is needed, please email me. Good luck bidders!
