Vinyl Condition:  NEAR MINT - as noted, the LP looks to be unplayed.  Probably originally purchased as a vacation souvenier and never touched a needle. 
Label Condition:  MINT 
Cover Condition:  MINT  - perfect spine, no splits, absolutely clean. 
Notes:   The LP is noted to be distributed by Ritmo International Inc, out of New York City.  I believe the pressing is from the early sixties.  Great find and addition to your collection.  See more pictures below.
