Cover got wet during a house fire. Signatures are a little smeared. Back cover has a paper tear where it partially stuck to the record next to it. A diagonal crease at top right corner. Cover is in GOOD PLUS (G+) CONDITION. Vinyl survived unscathed. A few small, light scratches and superficial paper scuffs. Looks great and plays great. Record is in NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) CONDITION.
