Visually graded condition of disc: Near Mint (unplayed)
NOTE: I got 3 copies of this LP from my UA Distributor back in my last year of working at a one-stop in 1972. This copy was my 'archive copy'. In other words, I always put one or two aside (if I got multiples) to keep in case my play copy got roached. There appears to be one very light mark near the hole on one label which 'could' be assumed to be a spindle mark, but I know I never played this, so it must have happened when pressed - so consider this unplayed. There are some light marks on the very edges of the vinyl from storage, but neither side has a single scratch in play areas. Beautiful condition. 
 

Condition of sleeve: Not much shelf wear considering it's age. The small white spot at center left on top side is not damage, it's part of the artwork (as is both 'horizontal lines' on both side). Corners are worn from storage. Bottom right corner is dinged. Top right corner has a light bend from the cut corner. Includes inner sleeve shown

MY GRADING SCALE
(very similar to the Goldmine standard)

NM (Near Mint): Record will show no serious scuffs or scratches in the playing area. May have minor scuffs on edges from decades of storage, or a small scuff, scratch or paper scuff on playing area.
It's near mint, not mint (which would be 'sealed' to me). There should be no audible distractions.
M-/NM- (Near Mint minus): A scuff or two or light scratch or two on either or both sides that may be heard.
VG+: Scuffs & some minor scratches in the playing area. Some will most likely be heard.
VG: Many scuffs or scratches that will be heard but record should still play fine.
