Description
This is a real gem of history in german progressive-rock music:The FIRST Lp by CAN called"Monster Movie",released in the year of 1970.It´s not the absolutely firstpressing in spite of the fact,that they made 500 copies of this record a year before,1969 on a small private label called "Music Factory".But this one is impossible to find and unpayable.A year later they sign a contract with Liberty/UA and after that this Lp was released.On offer is the Original Liberty Lp,Germany,year of release 1970,catnumber LBS 83342 I.The very heavy vinyl has a lots of marks and surface hairlines,was played quite often,looks just good(g),but plays fantastic:Sharp pressureful sound,no jumps,skips or hanging,a fantastic recording and excellent vinyl quality,just backroundcrackeling in the quieter passages(Has not to much of it)and a few light clicks.Both labels are clean.

The half laminated cover(Backcover is mat=FIRSTPRESSING,ORIGINAL),shows just a bit wear of age,has 2 small seamsplits and 4 small clear taped parts at bottom and top seams,rest is clean and o.k.,very good(vg)therefor.Comes with the original"Electric Rock Idee 2000"sticker!The music of CAN don`t needs a further discribtion,it´s outstanding and totally unique and a totally new experience!!!!!!Those attributes made them so successful all around the world!!!!!This rare 4 Track Lp is a fantastic example for their excursions and discoverys into;-and of new soundscapes.............They shows in a totally new way what does it mean to "live music".........to make it vividly!!!!!The most of those sounds are handmade,at this time musicans didn´t had effect tools!!!!!Or 16 track or more recording machines!!! In spite of this fact it´s very very amazing what they create!!!!A relic of progressive music this first Lp by CAN and one of the best records they ever made...................
