Description
CAN "Tago Mago" double album. Superb copy of this very rare 1971 first pressing, including well looked-after cruciform sleeve.
Condition is "Used".
All 4 sides look visually in NM condition, with no marks or writing on the labels. I only reduce them to EX because of the tiny amount of noise as noted below. But basically, all 4 sides play really well. Side 1: EX, couple of faint pops at the start;
Side 2: EX, faint crackle at start, soon settles down;
Side 3: EX, couple of faint pops at the start;
Side 4: EX couple of faint pops before the music starts.
Sleeve: VG+, some edge wear along bottom and top and at top corners, but no splits, closure tab is intact and not bent, no press-through ringwear at all, and inner sleeves are both in great condition with no creases. Although this is a lot of detail, I provide it to ensure buyers are satisfied that they understand the condition of the sleeve. It is actually in really good nick compared to many other offerings, see pics for confirmation.
Unlike later pressings, the labels do not have the release date (1971) printed above the word STEREO. Labels are printed with SIDE ONE, SIDE TWO, SIDE THREE, SIDE FOUR (see pics).
